Mark Todd Pessoa Copy...

Ok help again please! SO I finally succumbed and bought the Mark Todd version as it was highly recommended and... it doesn't come with instructions... apparently we should already know how to put it together and fit it!!! Does anyone have any fitting instructions for one of these lunge aids or can anyone give me any advice... don't want to do it wrong and have absolutely no idea!! Thanks so much in advance!!

My tack shop found the instructions for mine loose in the bottom of a box of other stuff - luckily I already knew how to use it.
