Mark Todd Training System...opinions?

Are they as good as the Pessoa?

I was going to get one of the cheaper ones from ebay, but I like the look of the Mark Todd one, if you own one what do you think of it?

Im worried it wont be generous enough for Beau, he is 17.3hh, 7ft in rugs.
 
Not sure about the Mark Todd, but can highly recommend the John Whittaker (sp?) training aid. We only use it on setting one so is less intense then the pessoa. We use it on our 17hh big WB no problems.
Sorry doesn’t help much really.
 
I brought the mark todd version and took it back the next day as it kept undoing itself would not recommend to be honest brought the real thing in the end for an extra 20 quid.

Just got myself a second hand JW one for £30 (result - I love ebay!). Seems pretty good so far, good quality etc. Don't have the instructions though - what is setting 1 JoBo?
Think the JW ones even new are cheaper than the pessoa, look pretty good too, nice colours (not that it really matters but prefer navy to white as takes longer to look grubby!)
 
Righty ho, got the instructions in front of me.
Setting 1) stretching the top line, the ropes connect to the rings underneath the girth.
Setting 2) Engaging the hocks, ropes connect to the rings on the lower edges of the girth strap
Setting 3) Intermediate, ropes go though the rings on the sides of the horse (the ones in the middles of the belly).
Setting 4) Advanced, ropes connect though the middle rings on the belly then back up to top rings.
Does this make sence???

I bought the equibalancer from ebay and I think it is really good, but I don't think it will fit Beau I have it almost at it's biggest size for George who's 16.3.
