Is there a minimum age that foals have to be to go to market?

Don't worry, we're not selling River just yet! But she's 3 weeks old and already much bigger than Milo was when we got him, and is already losing baby fluff around her eyes and muzzles - like he was - and he was supposed to be 9 weeks old.

I think they are supposed to be a minimum of 3 weeks old with their dam or 16 weeks if weaned.
