Hi - has any one had any experience of this company, and in particular their 'hunter' boxes? I am looking for a small 2 horse box - rear facing due to one of my horses lifting all 4 feet of the ground if he travels any other way, but need a payload of 1.5 tonnes - Marlborough do an up grade to make the payload 1.55 tonnes, so I am interested in hearing peoples experiences.

Many thanks
Tamsin

I have hired one of these boxes a few times and it is really nice . Good to drive, horse loads well and there is a tack locker in the back for saddles etc . If I was buying my own it would be between one of these and a theault

I've also hired one of these boxes and they are realy nice!

Both my horse can be naughty to load at times and both walked straight into one of these boxes.

We had one made by them about 5 years ago and it's great. Absolutely brilliant for the foals to travel in and the older horses love it. They did find it strange at first having to face the other way, but soon got used to it and now, I think, they travel better facing backwards.

Very easy to drive (bit too easy sometimes - watch the speedo!). Very economical and friends who borrow it say they prefer driving that to their car.

Good company to buy from (if you go direct to them) and great aftersales service too (even 5 years later). Highly recommend them over any other small 2 horse box.
