Now I'm not a very emotional person, but have just got back off holiday, where I read this wonderful book, Marley & Me. Thoroughly recommend it to dog lovers. I cried and cried at the end. Reminded me alot of my labrador. Its a great read and its by John Grogan.

I also read that on holiday, Christmas time. It is absolutely fantastic. Sad tho as I lost my dog a month previous. Although it encouraged me to get another....got 2!!!

I loved it too, made me cry! Always loved "A friend like Henry" by Nuala Gardner!

I got this book from my OH and I laughed and cried like mad reading it! Very moving.

So glad I found this post!
I have just started reading it after my dad and stepmum read it on holiday and demanded I started it when they got back!!
Cant wait to really get into it now!
Oh and I have just got a new puppy who was named puppy for a whole week(!) as we couldnt think of a name, got handed the book and he is now named Marley!! and it really suits him!!
