I'm talking more about what she said in the XC - saying mary is merely "taking all the glory having done none of the work" to me that is an unnecessary comment to make.
I think she was just giving VB credit. For any of you that have worked with Cavalier off spring it's much deserved! MK still had to ride a 'difficult' horse .
Clare Balding made reference, as I'm sure everyone always will, that Mary only got the ride on him following the tragic death of Caroline Pratt. Always seems to be a conversational point at events when she rides him. I thought Tina Cook was just drawing attention to the fact that it wasn't just Caroline and Mary who deserved the credit for getting Cavvy up to the level he's at now.
People often don't realise how many people are in the background, influential people from the horses past.
I was so pleased to see Mary get the silver medal, she's such a good ambassador for the sport. I can't say that I noticed Tina come across as bitter in any way? To me she was just stating th facts and giving credit where credit is due.
