Masta rugs

hi again...sorry for the 2nd question only just thought of it and couldnt edit other post properly...

My horse is usually a 6'3 in rugs though some do come up a bit long on him
being quite a fine TB they often gape at the shoulder

ive seen a masta rainsheet that i like but was wondering to get the 6'3 or 6ft

what would you reccomend...how do master's sizing come up on your horse?

Ive found Masta rugs come up a tad small, so I always go for the next size up in Masta rugs.

IMHO Masta are true to size, I'd get the 6'3"

Masta don't fit our TB well at all. They are to deep around the shoulders and slide back down the wither.

We got a 6'3 for one of ours as we were told they fitted big, and that still slipped back on him. His other rugs are 6'6"...

masta's come up quite big on my TB mare. but she has no chest really! she supposed to be 6'6 and the masta i have is that, its just a little roomy -not falling off or rubbing tho

I've found Masta are quite generous - mine is either a 5ft 9 or 6'0 and he is only 5ft 9 in masta but............ have found my lightweight is very generous on the chest and my boy is quite broad but it gapes and leaks on shoulders and slips to one side - hv just today been and replaced with amigo lightweight turnout which I hope will be better fit. Good luck if it fits yours nicely - just thought would give my experience of them.....

thanks, i might go for something else then

other rugs often gape at the shoulders so il probs have no chance with masta ones!
