Has anyone used them? My order hasn’t turned up and no reply to any of my messages. Can’t find a phone number for them.

I have never heard of that company, but if you paid by Paypal or by credit card, you should be able to get your money back. I would contact your bank even if it was a debit card, to see if they can help with a charge back.

Unless you paid Paypal friends and family? But then, as they aren't friends or family, I presume not?

Looking at it, they do have an address listed on their website, so more likely than most to be a real company at least.

Yes, I've bought from them twice...orders took a while to arrive but did turn up

Thanks both. It’s been over 2 weeks now (was quoted 3 days delivery) so hopefully it’s just a waiting game! So painful!

I ordered twice, no issue first time. No delivery second time and no contact. Had to go via PayPal to get my money back.

You can still raise a dispute with your bank for goods not received. Reach out to the retailer first though.
