I've got one, and its fab. Didn't leak at all, even during the worst of this winters rain, and is very good quality for the price.

I have a full neck Maxwell Mill rug for my mare and its fab! No fill,doesnt leak and keeps her mud free and it was cheap!x

I bought one as a cheap replacement and was very impressed! Well made and has been totally waterproof. I found they're fairly wide rugs though and the chest probably wouldn't suit a weedy TB.

I've got 2 of these lightweights on both of my cobs, very waterproof kept my 2 dry all winter
