I am about to purchase some side reins to lunge with and I was wondering if you HAD to attach the side reins to the bit or if you could lunge with cavesson/head coller and side reins?
I have seen videos of horses going 'on the bit' with bitless bridle so wondering if this is an ok thing to do!
