After my post the other day about ragwort in my haylage supplied by my bf who promised me it was completely horse safe...

We did a blood test on the gutsy horse who will eat anything, to cover our backs incase there I have missed any (the haylage is cut so finely is hard to make out whats what in it..) Turns out there is liver damage, although its functioning as normal (bile salt level as it should be).

So it appears it is ragwort, the other horses are going to have bloods done next week to check them.

So is it ok to now be cross with the OH?

I would be furious.. Milk thistle extract will help repair the liver :)
