can anyone reccomend one in the gloucester/cheltenham area? (im at hartpury college). i am doing alot more schooling work with my horse and feel it would be a benefit to him to have someone check him etc. i havnt had a vet look at him , as i dont think there is any major problems, but as he is slightly ewe necked and a little long in the back feel its likely with the extra hard work, he may be sore/ tight in areas. will a mctimothy practitioner come out without the vets say?thanks guys. feel free to PM with names and numbers if you prefer..

Yes I can - Gloria Leverett, she is my Mctimoney practioner, does me and my horse

a phone call to the vet? its just as im now down here at hartpury i am registered with the vets down here, but they have never seen my horse (only been here a few months) so would they be able to give permission over the phone without ever actually laying eyes on my boy?

would have thought so as I always used to ring the vets but they were never that bothered and always said yes anyway!

Hiya, I graduated from Hartpury a year ago, I kept my horse on a yard where the manager is a McTimoney manipulator and she is fab, Claire Howson, 07887606206, worked wonders on my mare. You do need to speak to vets but if you just say what you put in your initial post then they'll say its fine, its just for legal purposes, vet doesnt need to have seen horse. Claire is also an ex hatrpury student and lives about ten miles from college. She trained with Sam Smith too, is fab but not as dear as sam!
