Our mcTimony chiro will also manipulate the limbs to help realingn anything that is 'out' - eg my mare had a hock injury as a 2yo and tends to 'protect' that hock by tipping her pelvis.
The chiro also manipulates around the poll to ease any tightness than can occur in the neck.
We pay £30 a session but I suspect most chiros are more.

mcTimoney is very different to massage!
my guy charges £50/session and the difference he makes to the horses is amazing- my older gelding has issues with his shoulder that were so bad he failed a vetting but my McTimoney man resolved it within 3 sessions.
