A round up of my arabian Tiger's first show season under saddle (2009) bless him, he did extremely well for his first season, we have come extremely far!!!

I bought him end of July 2008 as a crazy 6 year old stallion, he had done nothing apart from inhand showing and had a very good record, fell in love with him and bought him, since had him gelded and produced him myself

Had to physically teach him how to canter coz he was so confused about how they had trained him for the inhand ring ect!!! Finally got their though and looking forward to his second season:)

Love him!!! Any way, enjoy the video let me know what you think oh him, and advice or opinions welcome

You might not be a pro but you have done a fabulous job with him!

I dont like arabs (sorry just not my kind of horse, im an ID sorta girl!) but he is just beautiful!!!!
Can see why you have so many red and blue rosettes and trophies!
well done! some of those pro photos are just gorgeous!

He jumps!!! Check out my other vids, I take him xc show jumping hunting!?!?!? do it all to a good height I school him round 1.20 show jumping course with fillers ect!!!

He's gorgeous, and you've done a smashing job training him. I'm looking out for an arab and if I can come across one half as nice as him I'll be happy.

He's 16hh!!!! Yes a beast for a pure bred!!! yes I am very tall (5ft8) with ridiculously long legs ha ha!!!!

ah perfect height, i will be stealing him in the near future!! im also very jelous of how slim your legs are, my tb has to put up with my thunder thighs HAHA!!

Yeah I'm not at all a jumper as you can tell ha ha, and I believe that was in the puissance so I think most people were checking whether the wall was left up when there were only 3 or us left in it ha ha!!!! xx
 
He is gorgeous! There is something about arabs which is indescribable and he has IT. Your a lovely rider too.

My friend jumps her grey, we are often the only couple in the bigger riding club classes.

the judge had a fab time when we were the only 2 in a 2'9 workers class (ps mine is welsh cob!)
 
Beautiful horse and well done in 2009. You are doing a good job and you're an elegant rider. I'm not expert although if my trainer was teaching you I'm pretty sure she would be asking you to keep your lower leg still.

And yes that is one of the things I am trying to focus on atm, I find it so hard, as he needs alot of leg so he uses him self and I don't want him to get used to spurs even though I do use them coz obvs when the judges gets on with no spurs he might be a bit dead to the leg ha ha!!!

I am trying to get him used to the whip more too as he can panic when it's used due to the roughness of inhand showing, they literally smacked him round the head if he didn't have his ears forwards

bless him!!! So he can panic if you use the whip but he's getting alot alot better as he trusts me!!!

Also don't know whether you noticed this but my shoulders tend to trip forwards and head looking down so trying to sort them out too ha ha!!!

So much to think about ha ha!!!

My girl used to be lazy so I wore spurs but instructor took them off me because my legs weren't still enough. Instead, she said if she doesn't listen to your leg, take them both off at the same time and then quickly drop them back onto her side quite sharply. I only had to do it a couple of times before she realised what taking my legs off meant. She's now always in front of my leg so it's easier for me to keep my legs still.

I know what you mean about looking down because I used to do it and found it very diffcult to sit up tall and not look down. I still have to really think about it

I'm looking for an arab at the moment, and to find something like him would be a dream come true- you have a great partnership together.
