Looking to buy a pair of long boots. I have always worn jodhpurs boots as a have pretty wide calves. They measure at 42cm width and 43cm height but I can’t seem to find a pair of long boots that meet both these measurements. Would I get away with buying a pair that are 41cm wide and hope they stretch to fit? Or to keep looking to find a pair (preferably inexpensive) that measure true to the size I measured?

thanks in advance for any advice.

The Wide Boot Company boots will fit you!
on Facebook, they sometimes have shipping issues but are apparently lovely.

I'm almost exactly the same size as you and the Ariat Country range with the Full Calf option fits me. They have several stirrup-friendly options, like the Windemere and the Langdale. They are £170-£200, but so comfortable and with such good support that I will always buy my boots there from now on!
