Medical Armbands

Hello there

I am doing a show x in 2 weeks and it is noted in the rules that arm bands must be worn for the x country phase. I gave bought one but what kind of info do you need to put in it ?

Does it not have the information listed then a space for you to fill it in?

you need (i think) Your name address, emergency contact name and tel number. Your doctors name and tel number. Any allergies or medical conditions.

No it doesn't I was expexting it to have a card in it just to fill in but nothing.

I'll PM you the details. I've an old PM that I sent someone else ages ago that listed everything that was on my medical armband, but it's sooooo long I won't bore everyone else with all the details!
