i know that there was a post a while ago about all the details that you have on your medical cards but can't find it, so would all of you event people be kind enough to tell me the things that should go on one as i need to make on up for firle in a couple if weeks thanks nikki

Medical conditions, eg: Diabetes/Epilepsy etc

Certainly put any allergies, someone once gave me codeine based painkillers, BAD move, my reaction almost had them calling the Air Ambulance.
