Medical cards

Is there a standard format for a medical armband card, or does it depend on the organisation. I have a card holder on my body protector, but no card. I am doing the BHS XC at Eland Lodge and need a medical card.
Being a cheapskate I was hoping just to print something off and put it in the holder. Is that generally acceptable.

As long as it's visible is all they're concerned about. Some people whare it strapped to their boots! If you have the holder on your shoulder protector then that is fine

You can download a blank medical card from the FEI, USA or Canadian eventing websites. Surely nobody can complain about the official FEI medical card!
