medically trained dogs

Hi

I'm very new to this site so i appologise if this is a seemingly random question. I have seen that someone on here has a website to do with hypoaware dogs. Was just curious to see what was involved in the training of these dogs and if there are any specific breeds that are chosen to do this job?
