My dog has stomagyl and famotidine when is has an attack, but has to have 1 large and 3 small stomagyl due to his weight/size and of course if he is not eating its very difficult to get them down him. Anyone's dogs on something else or similar that I might be able to suggest to my vet nicely ! He is still getting attacks even though he is on a strict strict low fat diet, and this morning vomited up bile with blood flecks in.
