Hi All,

I was hoping that you all may be able to help with my search for budget friendly medium turnout rugs for my herd of 5.
I should have been more organized and got this sorted over the summer, after my old boy spent last winter playing with the herd and ripping just about every rug we own!
I am so indecisive and not really sure where to start.

So my criteria would be:

bargains appreciated - cheap as possible as its multiple rugs needed
hardwearing (or cheap enough that I could replace again if need be)
ideally with necks but not a dealbreaker

Thanks everyone in advance :)

Shires Typhoon all day long . You can get 0g, 100g or 200g, combo or standard neck and they're all < £70!

Completely waterproof and durable.

Agreed, I usually buy them on Ebay, never paid more than £40 odd and some sellers give a discount for multi buy. Shires Tempest are also around the same price, they're a lower denier (600) but have buckles instead of hooks on the front. You can get them in 50gr too, this is my latest purchase and what my horse is currently wearing.

This is the type of bargain I need! Not been on ebay in years but off to have a look now...

I honestly rate Gallop, I think they are smashing rugs.
