She was there for that long I thought she was stuck until she decided she wanted to jump up for a good old run around. Also clueless as to why she had to sit directly behind the little Welsh B. Her facial expression was enough to make my partner and I cry with laughter…

Maybe I should stop entertaining her tickle spot on her bum as obviously it’s not a good habit when a horse turns their bum to every stranger they meet for a scratch. Much to her disgust there’s no longer a tree in the middle of her new field for an itching post, which would explain her latest trick in the book;

That's brilliant...I know a cob who does that. It's like they are thinking "I want to get up but it's just too much effort". She is very pretty :)

We had one, a gelding with the same colouring as yours, who would roll and then sit up on his bottom whilst walking his front feet round in a circle so he could roll on the other side.

He was mad as a box of frogs to ride but too idle to get up after rolling and go down on his other side.

Wow, the walking / circling seems too advanced for her haha! My mums Welsh cob decided to lie down at her first show but luckily the judge didn't see.

I'm hoping we can leave the being as mad as a box of frogs behind when she reaches 3/4 years :o

my 2 yr old too fat cob does this. he also walks around with his forelegs when sat down. I think he's scratching his tail.
