here is my new horsey, wont fill the post with pics but cant resist i or 2!

picked him up yesterday and he is happy with all the lovely grass and new friends so far!

She told me he was called Kensington Star, so i thought of him as Ken, then when i got the passport it says "Kingston Star"!!! but i had already been calling him Ken so thats it for ever now.
just have to change my name to "Barbie"

am very excited and wildly veering between thinking he is perfect to thinking oh my god what have i done - is this normal???

Lovely boy - be very pleased! There will be lots of times you think 'what the heck have I done' but you get over it..... I think the smell of horses contains something addictive....

You're obviously not superstitious as its bad luck to change a horse's name. A lot of jockey's won't ride a race horse if they know its had its name changed in the past!! Rusty's cool he might have been named after the top Dressage horse Rusty!!

Ken would fit my other's who, amongst other things, are called: Valerie, Gracie, William, Mavis, Charlie, Poppy, Rupert, Brian and Florence! I just love horses with human names... saw an ad today for a hunter called Duncan, it must be fate!
