Introducing Marnie, I've had her a month but the only pictures I've taken have been 3 Shetland mares pulling faces at each other so this is one the seller sent me. She's 11, broken to drive and so far appears to be a saint, I've driven her, only twice as wanted help to make sure I'd set everything up right, but long reined lots, appears as bombproof as any pony can be and tolerates the inky dinky saddle and a wobbly toddler too. She's fat and unfit but that's easily solved.
She's had an accidental change of name as there was an error in her advert, her passport is actually Mamie of Mawbray but I'd got used to Marnie by then.
I took a risk and bought unseen on the basis of photos and video, I was all set to go and view, then realised it would be a minimum 7 hour round trip to see her (Surrey to N. Somerset) and the same to collect. So initially pulled out, thought about it, decided an already broken to drive Shettie or Dartmoor was unlikely to come up any closer and called the seller back.
