Melanomas in Cremellos

Has anyone any experience of Cremellos and melanomas? Do they get them? Is there any truth in the suggestion that I have read on several sites (inc Prof Knottenbelt's) that Cremellos rarely tend to have melanomas but if they do they are more likely to be malignant?

I have no idea the definitive answer to your question however having known many cremellos of varying ages I will say I have never met one with melanomas. Now greys, all of my greys have developed melanomas in the latter years.
