Unfortunately after a very traumatic and difficult birth, we lost our foal in the early hours of Monday morning. I’d like to get a piece of jewellery to remember him by, especially as he didn’t even get to wear his little foal slip I’d got him. I’d just like something to mark his very short life in some way.
Does anyone have any recommendations for jewellery that will use only a tiny bit of hair, but not really obviously be hair jewellery if that makes sense?
Thanks folks

I'm so sorry for your loss, that is heartbreaking. I can recommend EverWith Memorial Jewellery, I had a ring made up a few years ago with the ashes and some hair from my dog and horse I lost. It's also engraved with both of their names on the inside and I just love it.

That's beautiful 💕

So sorry for you sad loss. Five days ago we lost our horse , he was 27 years old & we'd had him for 21 years. He was registered with BS & was very successful. He did dressage & cross country as well. He loved life & loved doing everything. When we retired him and we went into the arena at the yard and someone had left some jumps out his eyes sparkled, ears pricked & he wanted to jump. We just lowered them from what he used to jump & he's really enjoy bouncing around. He's had colic surgery almost 2 years ago, he mended well & carried on as normal. Unfortunately he was hit hard on Friday night with colic & we could do nothing, the vet came & put him to sleep. We were all with him, fussing him, loving him. He knew we were there & I hope it made him feel loved.

God I’m so sorry, that is absolutely heartbreaking. He sounds like an absolutely amazing boy, what a lucky horse to have had such a fantastic & varied life full of so much love.
