Hi i dont know if any of you are able to help me here, but we are looking to extend our menage to a 60x20 from a 40x20. We already have change of use from agricultural to equestrian, but do we need to pay for change of use for the extra 20m of land that will be converted from 'grass to menage' aswell as paying for the actual planning for the extension? Thanks in advance for any help!
