Mental horse help

my new horse cannot bare to be in on her own, i have to bring her in earlier as I am the only one that really rides she bashers her head and goes mental and wont stay calm and will even rear is there an instant calmer u can suggest because I am having a lesson on monday just because she gets so frustrated:(:(
 
Is it being on her own that's the problem or being shut in a stable? if it's being on her own you could try a mirror in her stable if she doesn't like being shut in then try one of those mental chains covered in rubber across rather than closing the door.
My girl used to hate being on her own when she was young but gradually got used to it and moving to a new yard helped. For some reason she didn't seem to mind and I think it's because horses were coming and going during the day rather than all in and out at same time.
 
That is fairly common for a herd animal, for whom safety lies in being among others. They have to learn to be on their own in gradual stages, involving starting with the very short period they can cope without getting stressed and gradually extending it.
No calmer is going to make a difference short of sedation, which won't help with your lesson. Short term it might help her cope with the initial training, you could speak to your vet about it but basically most "normal" horses need to at least see others to feel secure, and that is a problem with the American Barn system of stabling. Can you arrange for her to see the others even if she can't be with them?

its a very small yard with about 10 horses
