Merrist Wood Livery - Thoughts?

'Would appreciate feedback from anyone who has kept a horse on livery at Merrist Wood, especially if it was a working livery agreement - facilities are obviously amazing but wondering about all of the pros and cons. Do please PM if that would work best. Thanks in advance.

Tia came from Merrist Wood although not the working livery yard, she was on the more private 'staff' yard. i -TBH- wasn't impressed

. They had 2 outdoor schools..

This was the less puddly of the two! The whole yard was completely flooded also bar the actual stables which were lovely and big. The hacking isn't fabulous or at all varied but is sufficient. They are very selective about their turnout - rain = no turnout.

The only thing that would lure me there is the regular competitions (which are only 15mins away from me so no point!) and the nice stables!

BTW needless to say, I bought a youngster who is 100% with XC water so hey ho!
