Here is foalie number 6 (pics at 4 days old).....born exact same time as "Fancy Man", hence why we decided to name the foals similar.....

And he is sooooooooooooo hairy.....check out his beard and goatie....

Breeding this time is VDL Marlon x Holland x Cezaro x Pilot. Called "Dude" for short because he is soooooooo laid back......

He is going to be a good size as his legs go on forever..

Have no moving shots as yet because all this lad does is eat and sleep.......

He has got a thing about sticking out his tongue all the time....we thought it was a one off thing.....but nope....thats his new trademark....

Scotsmare - Yup that is all ours for this year, 6 in total. Now trying to get 11 in foal for 2009.

Southsidestud - The camera I use is a Canon EOS 400D, as Opie has previously said, the lens makes the camera......I am currently saving up for a new lens as mine is not as fancy as Opie's...

This year I now know just how proud you feel having foals born safe & sound by your own stallions - its just a little bit more special

as we have two new foals (colts !!!! again!!! lol) by our boy

...... It feels more remarkable than when I had my own children !!! LOL

Southsidestud is quiet right - your photos are always fab...... mind you - I am in love with the Scottish landscape

and sadly this year (yet! lol) we have not been able to spend as much time as we would have liked at the house in Scotland.

Thanks J, yes...he was the result of the late night dash from B.......well more an early morning semen run.......LOL

...... Had another one this year with our 19 year old mare and a 2am visit from B......

Certainly provides and excellent service!!
