Or me, for that matter

I never really fully appreciated Micheal Jackson/ his music until he died.

Anyone else watching?

you can take away the fact that Michael Jackson was a great musician who unfortunately led a troubled life and died too young. I grew up with his music and he was the same age as me.

I sometimes feel that thease sort of memorial services are over the top, but hey, he wasn't my son or brother so who am I to criticise, except to say RIP.

I'm watching!

I'm not claiming to now be his #1 fan or anything, but from the time he passed til now, there have been a lot a tribute shows etc on the radio and that, and i never realised how much i liked his music and how talanted he really was. It's just a shame lots of people couldn't see past all the stories in the news to see what a talented singer/songwriter he actually was!

I watched it - I loved his early stuff and the Jackson 5 - reminds me of so many different people and places. I think he is best described as a flawed/troubled genius as they often are. I think its a shame that such a large and close family were unable to reach out and save him - bless his kids.

Since I could appreciate music I've loved him.
To me, only his appearance changed. I loved his personality and just everything about him.
His music is like no other. No one will ever create as amazing music as he did, anyone who even tries will epically fail.

Words can't describe how amazing Michael was to me and my world.

It's like, a standstill for me. Can't beleive he's really gone.
R.I.P Michael.
