Micklem bridle brow band

I've been trialling a micklem bridle for Mr B and have decided to keep it. It's full size and fits well apart from the brow band being a bit tight behind his ears. I always have to go for FS extra brow band because he's got a lot of cartilage behind his ears plus a broad forehead but that size is always a bit too big. anyone got any clever ideas? I'm waiting for the company I hired from to get back to me but I am wondering if a "V" shaped brow band would fit better? His other bridle is an albion competition bridle and I had to go up a size with that too.

Like you I prefer a bigger browband so just swapped my Micklem one for a plain but larger one. Frustrates me that most bridles come with a browband too tight.

You can buy a separate browband and swap it over..

Yes, I'm waiting for them to come back to me but I know it will be too big hence my question.
