Micro chipping needs a overhaul

Warning, please do not open this link if you are easily upset as it isn't a nice story and I don't wish to cause anyone any stress

The reason I am posting it is the fact that micro chipping was a total waste of time and effort for this dog,
dead or alive when it happened to this dog I don't really give a damn, these or this person who done this to an animal is an oxygen thief

I think they need to have a central database and the vet should register the animal right then and there - its people not sending the forms to register them and update them that cause problems. The same for horses really.
