micro chipping signs

just had horse micro chipped, but where can I get gate and yard signs saying these horses have been micro chipped etc. I know the freezmark companies do signs, but cant find anything for micro chips. Any ideas please ?

I asked about this a few month ago when I had mine done. There are some on ebay that you can order or the suggestion was to do my own on the pc and laminate them. I also had my horses micro-marked to show that they are microchipped and bought the signs to show this from Farmkey.
