Capped hocks are a nightmare and I feel it may be of use to mention the sucess that I have had and share this with other forum readers. Last year I purchased a Micro Vet machine to try to reduce 2 capped hocks (one huge) on my horse. The machine worked brilliantly (really easy to use) and the hocks looked fabulous. Well, she has somehow managed to bash one of them again and a large swelling has appeared. I have only been using the Micro vet machine for just over a week now and the improvement is amazing. The hock looks totally normal again. The same horse has a sacrolilliac injury at the moment so I am going to use it on this as well.
