Microchip and passport today!! Name help!

I'm getting my horse chipped and having a horse passport agency form filled in today by my vet.

Just wanted to know in the name section do I just put his stable name? Or can I choose a "fancy" name?

If I can choose a fancy name, can I make it up, as I have no idea of his bloodlines etc. I am pretty sure nobody else will have the name I have in mind as it is the name of where I keep him + his stable name.

Does the name on the chip and passport have to match?

You can call him anything you want so I would put the show name on it, the two should match up for clarity in the future.

Brill! His name is Wesley (although it wouldn't have been once upon a time because he came with another horses passport... The real Wesley!) but be responds to it so keeping it. We have just moved to our own little place, the lady who bought the land did so when he partners father died and left her some money, she put up a huge plaque on the stables she had built and called them Jacksville in memory to him (jack) so I was thinking of officially calling the oss 'Jacksville Wesley'

There wont be another one with that name whereas there will be plenty of plain Wesleys, I like it.
