micronised linseed - leics?

anyone know where i can get this from please? Places i have rang dont seem to know what micronised means they keep trying to sell me the oil.

In desperation I have picked up a small packet of powered linseed with fenugreek (sp?) but it wont last long so i want a big bag of the proper stuff!

Where are you? Feed shop in Cosby sells it but its mega expensive! Think they told me £40. Far cheaper to mail order from Charnwood or there's even places online who sell the Charnwood linseed cheaper than Charnwood do!

Thats twice the price of Charnwood, 20k for £26

Yes but with Charnwood it doesn't have the vitamin E and is just straightforward linseed. I was always told without the added minerals it doesn't get absorbed.

Micronised Linseed contains Vitamin E, you may need to add extra if feeding oil based supplements, but no need with the micronised stuff.
