My local Mole Valley Farmers assistant looked at me all confused when I asked for Micronised linseed... so where can I buy it from?

Can I order it online?

I'm in the South-West near Frome, Somerset...

Charnwood Milling and GW Titmus both sell on line, but the postage is nearly £8. I am trying to get Wynnstay Farmers to stock it - they have got me a bag, which someone I know will probably buy, so get me another one. I'm trying to create a demand :)
BTW if anyone does go down that route, don't be fobbed off with linseed lozenges. Almost as much money, but only 5% oil as opposed to 25% in the micronised (lozenges are the waste product after the oil has been pressed out)

Hmm.. Might be worth me trying to do the same then! I'm going to ask a couple of my smaller local stores I think they tend to try harder for their customers.

£8 postage is a lot but understand due to weight...

Thanks

Another for the Charnwood, but it is available at both my local feed stores.
Worth you asking them where their nearest stockist is? Or find a mate who is a well travelled company rep who can pick you some up in passing :)

My "local" stockist is nearly an hour away :( BUT my OH happens to be driving through there today so I've reserved a bag!
It's a bag from Charnwood so thanks all who suggested them as that's how I found the place :)
Yay!

My local independent feed merchant ordered it in from their supplier/distributor for me (as opposed to direct from Charnwood). £21.95 and no delivery charges. I'm sure that most small feed merchants must obtain their stock from a diistributor - so it's definitely worth asking. Mine arrived within the week.
