I have been advised to use micronised linseed for my boy, and I'm getting myself all in a muddle as to what type I need - or even if it makes a difference!!

I have found the big bags from simple systems and charnwood (neither of which are close by or have stockists close by, but I have also found what appear to be a supplement?

Do they do the same thing as the big feed sacks? Or do I need the £28.99 20kg bags?

I'm wanting to feed to help with muscle tone/gain in conjunction with exercise and also to give him a nice shiny coat and to help get rid of the dandruff (can't wait for the weather to change so I can bath him!)

Thank-you!

The Pegasus one is the correct one and is the same whichever size you buy. Charnwood do deliver in UK and it works out cheaper for a big sack from them. The other link doesn't work for me but generally buying smaller quantities is more expensive.

Yes they are the same thing but £22.95 or £14.95 for a 5kg tub

Get the Charnwood one, it the best value for money even if you have to get it delivered. I pay £18 for a 20kg sack.

Charnwood may not list stockists nearby but check your local feed shop as a lot of places stock it that aren't listed or if you say where you are someone here may be able to suggest where you can get it locally.

Agree with criso - ask your local feed shop to get it in for you, you never know!

I get it for 23 quid a 20kg bag. No point buying the smaller amounts if you're using it for condition, but will probably do the job in smaller amounts for coat condition.

Thanks, I've just ordered a bag from Charnwood - I'm in Cheshire if anybody knows of anywhere that stocks it close by? I know my local feed store Gibsons looked at me in shock when I asked if they stocked it and said they only had the oil! :o

My merchant does not keep it either they looked into getting it for me but it was exactly double the cost of getting it sent from Charnwood so that's what I do now.
