Anyone use?

And how much per day added to a balanced diet to improve coat condition?

And does it 'go off'? I've got a 25Kg sack and think it's going to last a VERY long time. How long will it keep, if I keep it cool and dry?

Many thanks.

I use about a mug full per day per horse, Make sure you keep it in a sealed container andit will last weeks. Fantastic for condition and shine. Also the best oil for a horse as it is a plant oil.

Okay, that's brilliant thanks. I'll built up to a mugful per day then.

Spyda, did you get the sack of linseed meal delivered or buy it locally please? I'm looking for a sack for my horses. Thankyou.

Hiya, I bought mine mail order. In fact it was delivered only about an hour ago. Made me jump when the doorbell rang so late!

Got it from Charnwood Milling online store at:

Mail order page for 25 Kg full fat soya meal

Click on Horse and it'll be the first thing to pop up

P&P to me in rural Devon was £7.00.

Fast service as only ordered a couple of days ago - most impressed!

Spyda - whereabouts in Devon are you - as I get it from Mole avon in Okehampton. Bones the wholesaler gets it so you can get your local store to deliver. It costs about £20 a sack from them. it is the Charnwood milling stuff.

Okehampton's too far for my but if Bone's supply it - you're right I can get my local supplier to get it in for me. Would be cheaper! Be interested to see how much I get quoted by Mole Avon to order it in though!

Well I got a quote from Charnwood for delivery and it worked out seriously expensive. Mole Avon order from Bones on a twice weekly basis so I would expect your local Mole Avon to get it in for the same price I get it.
