I’ll have a think and process.
I think the idea of boshing through the Stages is a good plan as I can do that whilst still at work I think.

Yeah... no.

Do not underestimate what is required to pass Stage 2 and 3 in a convincing, non-book learnt way (assessors can see straight through it). You also need to be training with someone/a centre so they can sign you off, you'll need to take annual leave to take the exams, and you'll also need to ride a few exam horses.
