isnt if funny that over the years the body changes!
this past year and a bit ive put on a wee bit of weight!
but im fed up of thinking oh ill do that for tea etc it healthy and stuff but i just dont seem to shift it and then you run out of ideas as what to make..

any suggestions? ive noticed someone on the forum been overweight and now dieting and wow what a transformation!

when i was riding everynight i did sort of trim up.
but now a days my bones creak and croak .. and im still acheing from riding the other night!
im thinking thats a sign im getting old lol..


sorry to go on but its sort of getting me down a wee bit..

Yes I know what you mean about it being harder to shift! Last year I injured my back and did nothing very much for 8 months, so got quite unfit and put 1 stone in weight on. Try as I might I struggle to shift any of it now...several months on and I can't start starving myself as I get dips in sugar levels as it is and then get funny turns! I ride every day at 5am before work and do all the usual chores but it is proving very difficult and even my docter said it would be harder to loose weight now I am 34!!!!!! I thought that was still young!
