what gram weight would you say a mw is? I reserved a rug the other day as the tack shop said it was mw. When I went back to pay and pick it up they said it is in between (300g) I am a bit annoyed as I wanted a proper mw. I took it anyway but it is still in bag so I can take it back?
What do you all think?

My middleweights are 200g, and heavy 400g so I would say its an in between medium/ heavy. I would probably take it back as it will be too warm for the nights where its too cold for a lightweight and too hot for a heavyweight which is the purpose of a middleweight!! But Im very particular about these things....

Personally, I tend to think of a m/w as round about the 220g mark, otherwise you are beginning to run into more of a h/w, which for my lot is about 370g!
I like there to be a clear definition, so that's what I stick to!

I think FOO's Amigo is 200g though, so yes, 200-225g for a m/w turnout!
