Midnight Eclipse

Does anybody know of a dark bay gelding called Midnight Eclipse (or Clipper)? He's 14.2 and his D.O.B is 1993. Part Bed Arab /British Riding Pony type. We haven't got his original passport so we don't know if he's got a prefix or not.

I was all excited then. The pony that got me back into riding was Midnight Eclipse, aka Skip. He was a little black cobby chap though, certainly nothing like a cba.

I was asked if I wanted to ride him by my neighbour who had him in for backing and wasn't having much success. He'd had a bit of a bad start before and I did manage to get him round, hacking out etc. Sadly when he went back to his owner his old behaviour came back and he was sold on and went through homes in a downward spiral, last I heard of he'd changed hands for a pound. Very sad. My neighbour asked his original owners if they would sell him to me when they couldn't handle him but they said no and I never did see him again. Poor little fellow, he didn't deserve it, he was a nice chap who was a bit more sensitive than perhaps you'd expect a cob to be.

Hopefully yours has had a much better life.

Aww that's sad.
That's the thing, we barely know anything about his past at all, not having the original passport doesnt help matters :/

HOw long have you had him and where did he come from?

We've had him about three years and he came from Essex.
