FIRSTLY LEICESTERSHIRE POLICE HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE INCIDENT NUMBER GIVEN IS NOT REGARDING A MISSING HORSE OR IN FACT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE TWO PARTIES. CALL LEICS POLICE ON 0116 222 2222
This pony isn't stolen and is in fact part of a dispute with a stud in Rutland that breed miniature spotted ponies. The person who's asked for the mare to be named has not mentioned that there are legal proceedings.
