Does anyone actually buy anything form their midweek madness?

And if so how would you review Derby house?

I have herd a lot of things about their delivery being slow, non existence

just wanted your views

I buy loads of stuff from derby house - 9 orders in the last month mine have always arrived on time apart from 1 recently that was only half there but I rang and they were very helpful about it all.

I would still order again without a doubt - they have such a range of products although always take into account the delivery time below the price (before you add to the basket) as the 2-4 days is once they post it on top of the quoted delivery time. Although I wouldn't buy something I needed quickly from them.

I bought a hat from them 2 weeks ago in their last sale and paid for faster delivery, but I ended up cancelling the order today as the item was "Awaiting Stock" for 2 weeks - If i'd have known it was out of stock I wouldn't have bought it!

Needless to say I don't view them so highly anymore

have successfully purchased stuff when reduced. 25% off makes a big difference if your buying pikeur or cavallo. have also bought naf supplements discounted

but i never buy anything from derby house i need in a hurry. the cavallo breeches arrived couple of days after order (standard delivery), but that was an exception

I had a bad experience months ago and never recieved all of my order and said Id never use them agian but seen some boots so cheap I couldnt resist and they came about 2 days later. Ordered again recently but not received the full order so a bit miffed now. I wouldnt mind if they let you know whats going on instead of just never sending the stuff.

I am afraid I dont rate then anymore 6-7 yrs ago I almost soley bought from them. But combine their poor customer service and excessive stocking of own brand I rarely use them. Plus there is a great tack shop 20 mins away from me now,

i think since they have taken over several other stores they have maybe got a bit to big for themselves and cant cope with the amount of orders??????????? just a thought
