But my lorry windscreen wipers have stopped working.

The forces of darkness that conspire to keep me from ever getting anywhere with horses seem to have caught up with me. I was hoping it was just a fuse issue but there's something going on with the wiper motor so lorry's off the road 'til its sorted.

Still not the end of the world, and now I am here instead and my little mare is chuffed to go back in the field without going on a mission.

Anyone else's weekend plans gone a bit t*ts up?

Ours did yesterday when baggage decided she wasn't going to load and pony decided that she to would have a crack at pi**ing the humans off and launched herself over the breast bar and getting well and truly stuck on it

I feel your pain. Mine have totally gone awry this morning.

Was supposed to be doing BSJA - got ned ready, went to get lorry. Dead as a doornail. Spent 45 minutes trying to get lorry started before I gave up. (it's flippin new as well

)

School ned over 1m grid - get off to put it up & realise he's thrown a shoe.

which means his feet will now fall apart.

Mayflower, you beat my problem then with a broken lorry and shoeless horse!

quick release system on the trailer, although it wasnt very quick...the allen key was in the trailer and every time you tried to open the jockey door she was trying to come out of it! luckily a guy on the farm ran over with his kit and released it.Pony didnt struggle once she was stuck so that helped.
