Might be moving!!!!

ok, so not for a couple of months but even so!
the OH and i both work in hotels so it's been really very busy for the last month or so (the deal was we would get christmas and new year out of the way and it's now officially after the new year so here i go!!),
anyway, we're both looking to move on and are thinking about moving to berkshire,
so, i suppose where i was really going with this one is that we'll be buying our first house togetherand need it to come with land for my boy. ( the OH doesn't know yet but when we move i'll be getting a nice ponsey dressage horse too!!)

i've gone off track again, sorry. i was wondering firstly, how much i should be looking to spend for a one-two bed house with circa four acres?
and secondly, does anyone know of any good livery yards i can put him in whilst i'm purchasing / building stables?

The house prices round here are really high!!! most of the property i have seen with land is family sized house and over about £600k!!
Livery yard depends on where abouts in Berks your planning to move to and whether you want DIY or more. I lice in Maidenhead and our 2 are kept at a Livery yard/farm in Pinkneys Green

I live in wokingham and to be honest land around here, on its own is around 20k - 25k per acre. With a house you would be looking around 500k - 750k, unless its in a real state.
