You just bought clippers!!!! *slaps you*

Seriously, there -are- ways to cut back. There are cheaper places for livery (although facilities wont be as good) so you could move. Or if you think Arch could live out maybe thats an option.

If not, I cant remember what bedding you are on, but maybe switch to something cheaper? Do you ride out alot? What about taking back shoes off? (depends on his feet i guess).

Im just trying to throw some suggestions your way to help!

I guess the best plan would be to find someone to share costs with you. I have a friend who is very lucky, when she got pregnant she looked for a sharer and found someone that only wanted to ride but had the money to spend. As a result she pays for all the expenses, but my friend does all the mucking out etc, but they both ride!

I would search for someone and see what happens. Im the mean time maybe get any of Arch's stuff that you dont use and stick it on ebay?

good luck sweetheart.

I went through the same situation a few years back. I was single, had a mortgage to pay, worked full time and kept my horse on DIY.

I got myself a cleaning job on Saturdays, cleaning out caravans, that was about £20, and I became an Ann Summers lady, and did party plan. It wasn't what I wanted to do, but I needed more money.
