Threw him slightly in at the deep end by doing his first proper BD and first novice on the first day (but chose N28 which is very kind!) but as always he rose to the challenge,carted my sorry ass round and did it all very cheerfully too!
P7 as a warm up.... I went in to a total daydream and went wrong... then the builders either blew something up or dropped something massive on site as we trotted past so we did a legs everywhere stop drop and roll....we hadn’t quite regained composure by the canter so jumped in to it rather inelegantly lol!!!
HOWEVER.... the other 95% was fluid and felt pretty nicely uphill
Chuffed with 67.04% and 4th overall out of 10.
Big rest before N28 but he was still a bit tired so dropped his poll a touch in the trot but tried his heart out in the counter canter and medium trot and walked (walking is not a strong point,but we do a mean hovering tip toe almost passage jog!).
69.85% and 5th overall out of 12!!!! Superstar! So that one out of three sheets nailed for the native champs.
